Steamed Veggies

Cooking time: 15 mins

Effort: Super-easy

You will need:

✅ 1 carrot

✅ 100g beans

✅ 1 potato

✅ 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

✅ Rosemary (to sprinkle)

✅ 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)

Method:

  • Cut the veggies into any shape you like. (Here, I have cut it to make doll veggies with my niece as a healthy fun ‘snacktivity’.)

  • Toss with olive oil and rosemary. Then steam for 15 minutes. (Here, I used my rice cooker).
