Oat Banana Smoothie 🍌

This 3-ingredient smoothie is a great way to get loads of goodness in one glass.

You will need:

✅ 1 ripe banana

✅ 2 tablespoons of rolled oats

✅ 100 ml semi-skimmed milk

Method:

1. Blend the oats on high for a few seconds until the oats are the size of a fine crumb.

2. Add the banana and milk to the blender and blend on high for a few seconds until smooth.
