Healthy Pancakes

You will need:
✅ 100 ml liquid milk
✅ 2 eggs
✅ 8 tablespoons of wholewheat flour
✅ 1 tablespoon baking powder
✅ 1 tablespoon olive oil (to brush the pan)
✅ 2 Greek-style yoghurt (optional)
✅ 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (optional)
Method:
Mix the flour and baking powder and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the milk and egg yolks. Add the flour mix (2 tablespoons at a time) and mix well until all 8 spoons are combined.
Heat the pan to medium heat and brush with some olive oil until well coated. Add enough batter to cover the bottom of the waffle maker and cook for three to five minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve with your favourite healthy toppings. Here, I have used greek style yoghurt with turmeric.
