Chocolate Overnight Oats

You will need:

✅ 1/2 cup rolled oats

✅ 1/2 cup liquid milk

✅ 1/2 tablespoon of cocoa powder

✅ 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

✅ 1 small banana

Method:

  • Add the oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, and milk together in a large container. Stir well to combine. Top with banana slices. Seal and place in the fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours.

  • Remove the oats from the fridge.

Leftovers

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to four days. Enjoy cold or warm on the stovetop with additional milk.
